Difference between open loop control system and close loop control system

Following are the difference between open loop control system and close loop control system

Its operation is degraded if non linearity is present. Its operation is not independent on conditions.
A control system in which the control action is totally independent of output of the system then it is called open loop control system. Control system in which the output has an effect on the input quantity in such a manner that the input quantity will adjust itself based on the output generated is called closed loop control system.
It is dependent on operating condition. It is not dependent on operating conditions.
The open loop control system is more sensitive to noise. The close loop control system is less sensitive to noise.
It is simple and economical. It is complex and costlier.
Open loop does not require feedback path element. Close loop requires feedback path element.
It is more stable. It is less stable.
It has small bandwidth. It has large bandwidth.
It is easier to construct. It is complicated to construction.
It has poor accuracy. It has better accuracy.
Open loop has slow response. Close loop has fast response.
